(2) Utilities
Utilities (Gas & Electricity) are added to the above rates. They are based on meter readings and are paid to the site supervisors at the end of your stay.

Booking Deposit
An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of 40% of the total cost per property (minimum €150) is required to secure booking. The balance of the payment is required not less than 6 weeks before arrival date.

Pets
Regretfully, pets are not accepted in our holiday homes. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Smoking
Smoking is NOT allowed in the holiday homes. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Linen
All bedding and bed linen with the exception of cot bedding and cot linen is provided free of charge. When a property is being rented for more than one week clients may liaise directly with the caretaker if fresh bed linen is required. A nominal fee may apply for these additional services.

Towels
Towels are not provided as standard. If guests would prefer not to bring their own they are available at an additional charge. One set of towels to include one hand towel and one bath towel is available at a charge of €3 per set, payable onsite.

Cots & Highchairs
Cots and highchairs must be pre-ordered. Every effort will be made to provide these items but guests should remind the caretaker of their request when calling to make arrangements for checking in.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €200 must be paid to the supervisor/caretaker on arrival. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags.

Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit. When a rental is for longer than one week, cleaning of the house during rental must be requested from the on-site manager and a fee may apply.
